A: CHANDIO focuses on styles that combine comfort and fashion. You can consult customer service for one-on-one style recommendations based on your own wearing scenarios (commuting, casual, dating, etc.) and body characteristics; you can also refer to the matching examples on the product details page to quickly find the style that suits you.
Q3: Are the products in stock? How long will it take to ship after placing an order?
A: Most best-selling and regular styles are in stock. In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours after placing the order (postponed on holidays); the specific shipping time for pre-ordered styles will be marked on the product details page, and they will be shipped on time according to the marked time after placing the order. If you need expedited shipping, you can contact customer service to negotiate.

Q1: How to choose the correct size?
A: Each product details page is attached with a detailed size chart (including specific dimensions such as garment length, bust, waist circumference, and shoulder width). It is recommended that you measure your actual size and then choose according to the size chart; if you are not sure, you can inform customer service of your height, weight, and body type, and customer service will accurately recommend the appropriate size for you.
Q2: Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit?
A: Yes. On the premise that the product does not affect secondary sales (unwashed, uncut tags, no stains, no damage), you can apply for size exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer; if the wrong size is sent by us, the shipping fee shall be borne by the store.

Q2: Will the clothing fade or pill?
A: Our clothing has undergone strict color-fixing and anti-pilling treatment. Under normal washing conditions (it is recommended to wash gently in cold water, avoid long-term soaking, and do not wash with dark-colored clothing), it is not easy to fade or pill; problems caused by improper washing methods are not included in the scope of quality problems.
Q3: What should I do if I find quality problems after receiving the product?
A: Within 48 hours after receiving the goods, if you find that the product has quality problems such as damage, loose threads, stains, or fabric defects, please contact customer service in time and provide clear product photos/videos as evidence.
